Theological College & Seminary (WTCS) was organized under the
Westminster Education Institute (WEI), NGO.

2011
WTCS
started to operate three schools; The Pastoral Education (PE), College,
and Seminary, under the first president Rev. Hwangbo’s leadership.
December,
2011
The
board of WTCS was formed in CA, USA, and Rev. Bryan H. Kim was elected
as the chairman
of the Board.
February,
2014
WTCS
purchased 1.5 hectares of land in village Snou Kiet, Sankat Snou, Khan
Porsenchey, Phnom Penh for the new campus site.
January
26, 2015
The
Board
of the Trustees at its annual meeting in LA, renamed the WTCS Board the
Westminster World Mission Foundation (WWMF), and elected Rev. Kyu S.
Pak as the Chairman of the Board.
June,
2015
The
new Presbytery of Cambodia Presbyterian Church (CPC) was organized,
consisting of Westminster Presbyterian Church and seven other local
churches.
June
29, 2015
WTCS
launched Summer English Academy (SEA), an annual ESL program.
August,
2015
WTCS
started ThM degree program from fall semester.
January
26, 2016
The
Board of Trustees of WWMF elected Rev. David Kwon as the Chairman of
the Board, and appointed Rev. Dr. David Yuhan as President and Rev. Dr.
Sang Yong Park as Academic Dean of WTCS.

WTCS
held Ground Breaking Service at the new campus site.

26, 2017
WTCS
held New Campus Dedication Service.
The
Board of Trustees of WWMF elected Rev. Kilho Lee as the Chairman of the
Board at the new campus.
July
30, 2019
WTCS
has registered to Ministry of Religion of Cambodia and received the
permission for school as Westminster Seminary Cambodia.
January
27,
2020
The
Board of Trustees elected Rev. Hae Keun Choi as the Chairman of the
Board and appointed Rev. James Kim as General Secretary.
February
24, 2020
WTCS
appointed Rev. Robert Il Kwon as Academic Dean at the Faculty Meeting.
September
30, 2021
The
10th Commencement was held with
8 graduates: 4 MA and 4 BA in Theology.
Rev.
Roger Kim is inaugurated as the 3rd President; Dr. David Yuhan is
installed as a President Emeritus.
The
total number of graduates as of Sept 30, 2021 is 117: 3 ThM, 23 MDiv,
23 MA, 27 BA, and 41 from PE.

comprised of students from Cambodia,India, Korea,
Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines,
and Vietnam.
